PTFE Composite Materials

In the IPD Division of AMMK, we manufacture a variety of products including PTFE Fabric, Belt, Silicon Tape, and PI composite materials. These products are utilized as crucial components in various industries such as semiconductors, displays, batteries, electronics, building films, food, and other general industries.

Fabric
A product that exhibits high heat resistance and release properties, achieved by coating glass fiber or aramid fiber with PTFE resin.

Tape
An adhesive tape that has been coated with a silicone or acrylic adhesive on PTFE and PI films.

Belt
PTFE belts that can withstand high process temperatures. These are used in various industries for drying, hardening, and transfer line operations.

PTFE/FEP Composite Film (AP)
Composite material products, which involve the coating of PI film with fluororesins such as PTFE and FEP.

Reusable Silicone Tape (TS)
High heat-resistant, double-sided silicone tape that exhibits varying levels of adhesion on each side and can be reused multiple times.

UHMW PE Film Tape
Tape that boasts superior abrasion resistance properties.

Architecture Fabric (SF)
PTFE material used for constructing membrane structures.
