Modified Epoxy
N4000-13 series is an enhanced epoxy resin system engineered to provide both outstanding thermal and high signal speed/low signal loss properties for use in high speed storage networks and wireless communication infrastructure. N4000-13 has a 94 V-0 UL rating and meets the IPC 4101/29 slash sheet.
